Project Sarurun

Bringing Symbols to Life

What is this for?

Project Sarurun, though managed by staff, belongs to everyone who wishes to participate. We believe that if a project belongs to everyone, all participants should be able to see the process of the project at anytime.

Here on the Transparency page, you can see the balance sheet and everyone who has donated to the project.

Under our transparency guidelines, we promise the following:

  • All donated funds and materials received will be recorded on the Wall of Thanks. The names of those who donated are listed as anonymous by default, unless the patron specifically requests to be noted under an alias or their real name. Staff members are not listed.
  • All monetary donations are listed on the transparency report with the same rule of anonymity.
  • Proof of donations will be provided in the form of money orders and, if provided, receipt from the charity.

Transparency Reports

Updated regularly, transparency reports are your way to see how we spend our money.

The Operations Fund is money that will go toward buying supplies, shipping and packaging, and other spending that are directly related to the project. All proceeds in the Donations fund are donated to our selected non-profit organization, so we always maintain a balance of $0.
