Project Sarurun is an informal network. There are no particular guidelines and no particular restrictions. Anyone can be a member or a volunteer whenever and for however long they would like, and they do so by actively working on the project. However, a certain level of management is necessary for Project Sarurun to operate smoothly.

Sarurun HQ: The staff members comprise HQ and are responsible for the overall direction of the organization, which is discussed at board meetings. Each one coordinates a different division and works with volunteers in their division to carry out Project Sarurun’s mission.
Chandelier Team: Designs and constructs the next crane chandelier.
Donor Relations/Art Store: Keeps all donors informed on how their money and other supplies were used by PS and our partner organizations. Manages Project Sarurun's newest initiative, the Art Store, where local artists contribute pieces for auction just like the chandeliers.
Charity Relations: Keeps our sponsored organization informed and accountable for the money receive. Also selects which organization will become Project Sarurun's annual sponsored organization. Produces consultancy kits tailored to each individual organization, which are guides to help them grow and improve. Contact Charity Relations at sarurun.charities@gmail.com
Public Relations: Raises Project Sarurun's public presence and coordinates the annual chandelier auction. Recruits new volunteers, donors, and charities. Maintains Project Sarurun's online presence through Facebook, Twitter, this website, etc.
Research and Development: Follows current events and developments in the non-profit sector to make sure Project Sarurun remains current in its thinking. Proposes ideas to help the organization and our partners to improve. Conducts background research for marketing material on international conflicts, etc.
Translators: Translate this website and some of our promotional materials into other languages. Applicants should be educated native speakers of another language and be fluent in English.
