Project Sarurun

Bringing Symbols to Life

Welcome, Corsica!

It is our pleasure to introduce Project Sarurun's first completed mobile, Corsica. This is Corsica's own homepage, where you can learn all about her and how purchasing her will make a positive impact on the lives of others.

About Corsica

Corsica has only recently been completed after a year of arduous labor. She is 100% handmade and her cranes are 1000 strong. Corsica is approximately two feet in length, with both large and small cranes gently flowing in a cascading formation.

Why should I care?

Besides that fact that Corsica is a physically stunning piece of art, your purchase will help improve the lives of the children assisted by our first partner organization, Namaste Kathmandu. For more information on this organization, click here to visit our Charities page.

How can I get Corsica?

Sorry, but you can't. Corsica was auctioned on eBay from July 12-19, 2009 with a winning bid of US $76.00. Don't worry though! A new chandelier is already in the making. Stay tuned for news of the next chandelier auction. If you can't wait that long, our Art Store will become operational in fall 2009, where you'll be able to bid on fabulous works by local artists.
